Central release agent supply systems

..

The central release agent dosing system is designed for supply of an entire foundry with release agent mixture. Depending on the specification, the system is equipped with the appropriate components and modules. The dosing station is installed in the supply line to the consumers/sprayers. The incoming water volume is precisely recorded via a volume meter and forwarded to the controls. The dosing pump supplies proportionally and in addition, depending on the setting, the desired volume of concentrate. The stroke volume of the dosing pump can be infinitely variable set between 0-100%. The release agent concentrate is supplied from the delivery barrel (container) via an intermediate container to the dosing system. If there is no more concentrate available in the delivery barrel, a warning is activated. The system is supplied from this time point from the intermediate container and continues to run without interference. If no full deliver barrel is provided and the intermediate container signals a dry run, an alarm is activated which leads to the system being shut down. Simultaneously the water supply is also blocked to prevent damage to the casting molds. All operating data (e.g. pressure, turbidity, flow, fill levels, messages, etc.O can be forwarded via interface to a company database or central control system..
