Specialist pursuant to § 19 para 1 sentence 1 l WHG
As the name of the law can already see, this is not a pure protection law.
The concept of household indicates that the Act regulates the management
and thereby to ensure the economical use of water resources.
Use and protection are therefore interrelated objectives of the Act,
without implying any ranking would be determined
Water Resources Act (WHG)
Plants according to § 19g paragraphs 1 and 2 may only be installed by specialist firms,
established, maintained,
be repaired and cleaned;
Specialist within the meaning of paragraph 1, who
has the equipment and accessories as well as the qualified personnel,
ensure compliance with the requirements of § 19g Abs.3 is, and
the right is a label approved construction for monitoring or Quality Assurance Association
to lead, or a monitoring agreement with a Technical Inspection Organization
has been completed, which includes a minimum two-year review.

VDI 6023
Specialist for hygiene conscious planning, implementation, operation and maintenance
of drinking water systems according to VDI 6023 (Category A)
The guideline VDI 6023 is supported by the Federal Ministry of Health
been developed in the VDI.
The directive provides important impetus for the planning, implementation, operation and maintenance
of drinking water systems.
It formulates the necessary sanitary requirements.
