The company K.H. Schmalz GmbH has his head office in the Swabian Tamm, near from Stuttgart.
Since the establishment in the year of 1971, Karl Heinz Schmalz started as private firm. The company has itself by constant innovation and growth, first in Germany - but develops meanwhile world-wide, to enterprise leading the market .
Karl-Heinz Schmalz was by occupation a sales manager. After its teach training he visited the evening training institute and made the successful conclusion as a technician in the equipment construction. He`s career began, when he starts to develop the selling for a large company, in completely Germany. Some day this department had to be finally closed, he took the good opportunity to go into his own independence company. The work continued to run for he without each transition, since he knew he`s proven clientele maintained.
At this time the emphasis was with the selling of water chemicals, in addition, with the technology of the plants.
Today the emphasis are somewhat shifted:
a) Equipment technology
b) Water purification
c) Equipment construction, dosing technology for the foundry industry (low pressure foundries)
Also, at this moment, 5 qualified coworkers the enterprise works very successfully.
Today the emphasis of the company K. H. Schmalz GmbH are the special dosing technology and their Periperie of the devices. From first planning up to the service everything is offered around the dosing technology.
The special fields are - Proportioning plants for water-mixable lubricant materials for the low pressure die castings foundries; - Dosing units for dry piston lubricant; Water treatment for example for Cooling water systems; - Water analytics .
All maintenance and service achievements cover primarily works in the reference to parting agent utility systems. This contains among the design and planning of the supply lines, the regular cleaning with disinfection and all work, those for the operation of a parting agent supply system are necessary. Under the environmental aspects and the observance to the WHG (water conservation law).
Cleaning and decalcifying are likewise accomplished at water-prominent systems - like for example induction furnaces, Kalander, air conditioning systems, keeping at a moderate temperature devices, oil cooler, rollers, autoclaves and complete cooling systems.
