Description of the dosing unit
The dosing unit for water miscible parting and releasant agents is installed in the inlets to the User/Sprayer.
The following quantity of water is seized exactly over a water meter and passed on to the control.
The piston displacement of the dosing pumps can be adjusted by 0 to 100% steplessly.
The accurate dosing quantities, result in this piston displacement in connection with the signals, are necessary
for the desired mixing proportion. Those spray mechanisms can be operated in the range of 0,6 to 9.0 bar.
The releasant agent concentrate is supplied by the delivery unit (container) by way of an intermediate vessel to
the dosing unit, if there no releasant agent concentrate is an alarm is released. During this time the dosing unit
runs further over the intermediate vessel, troublefree. If there is no full releasant agent container then the
dosing unit switches itself after reaching the second switching point (red alarm) to disturbance. At the same
time the water supply will closed, so that there can be no damage on the casting tools. All the operational datas
can be attached and processed over an interface to the central operational data bank or instrumentation
station.
