The durable highly exact proportioning unit is laid out for the 24 hours operateingin and seize the volumes of
the particulars sprayingcircle in all foundries and supplied up to four die casting machines. By the simple
handling this equipment is ideal as standard supply in daily employment. The single dosing unit is fully
automatic, whereby the PLC-Control-S7 indicates the relevant operating conditions and notifications of
emergency in clear text. Likewise indicated the volumes in the cycle, in decimal cycles and as total. The mixing
proportion adjusted at a setting spindle on the piston pump, and will be controlled at a turbidity
measuring instrument ITM, permanently. The spraying pressure is produced by means of
a pneumatically operated double membrane pump, this is supply from a 70 litre stainless steel container.
