Description of the Vacuum - cooling
- Part-automatic Vacuum - cooling unit
- Operating desk for the admission of the control
- Unit is ready pre-mounted for operation
- Simple handling
To the equipment:
- Durable metal filters in work
- Circulation pump for vacuum generation
- Either internal PLC control with OP77
or operating desk - Indicate the operating conditions
- Complete pipework system in stainless steel
- Stainless steel intermediate vessel with level monitoring
Optional:
- PLC control with display clear text messages
- Frequency-regulated high-pressure pump station
The vacuum cooling unit is ideally suitably if a tool damage (e.g. tear with withdrawing cooling water) in order
to be able to resume „the production series “and/or up to the next possible tool change. If necessary the
vacuum-cooling unit is pulled the cooling water with vacuum through the tool – a cooling water withdrawal is
not possible thus any longer!
