Description of the Sprayer-Cleaning unit SCS1200 – SCS1800
- Fully automatic Sprayer-Cleaning units

- I: High-speed cleaning with short interval time
- II: Basic cleaning with average interval time
- III: Intensive cleaning with long interval time - Simple horizontal assembly outside
the unit through „drawers system “ - Unit is ready pre-mounted for operation

- Cleaning water kept at a moderate temperature
(steplessly adjustable to 80°C) - Complete pipework system in stainless steel

The Sprayer cleaning units are conceived directly for continous use in die cast foundries.
By a special filter and setting off system and in connection with a effect-strong cleaner can the outside - as also
the inside cleaning in a cleaning procedure one time. By the locking thing Clear rinses and air jet function is
no more further cleaning of the Sprayers necessary!
