Description of the cooling basin

To the equipment:
- 2 durable metal filters in work
- 1 plate-type heat exchanger
- 1 circulation pump
- Internal PLC control with OP77 or relay control

with compensators - Stainless steel tub with approx. 1,5m³

The cool basin is ideally suitable, in order to cool the cast part down immediately after the die casting
process. The two metal filters, which can be cleaned depending upon need without large expenditure, are
operated in the change time. The cooling of the basin is made by a plate-type heat exchanger, which is
attached primarily to the cooling system of the foundry and secondarily by the circulation pump of the cooling
basin. A further metal filter protects the circulation pump before registered Glitter and casting remainders.
By the simple conception those Application a good thing and supports full automation.
